As soon as I started eating healthy, I missed my good friend…Chocolate!
Chocolate makes me happy, I don’t have many vices, but he is surely one. A friend (hey Jade!) suggested picking this up on a trip to Holland and Barrett.
This stuff is incredible at only 15 calories per teaspoon. Here are some simple recipes to get chocolate back into your life without the guilt.
Warm up your favourite kind of milk (I love hazelnut) and stir in two teaspoons of this beaut
Drizzle about 2 tea spoons over some chopped up apple… about 130 calories for a gorgeous treat
Mix 2 tablespoons with your favourite low fat yoghurt. Then put blobs of this on a tray in the freezer….yummy chocolate buttons
