One thing I love is a good milkshake! The challenge is that a creamy, gorgeous delicious milkshake tends to involve an amount of calories equivalent to a meal and a lot of fats that make you feel a bit lethargic afterwards.
So here is a lovely little recipe I’ve popped together for a yummy, healthy vegan strawberry milkshake….it’s worth mentioning at this point that to make anything creamy I throw in a bit of avocado (all the health benefits are in my previous post Avocado Toast – Hype worthy?).
Whizz together in a blender:
half an avocado
250 ml of coconut milk (you could use almond or soya if you prefer)
and that is it! Super simple and crazy tasty. Enjoy!
